BSN True Mass Verdict

Taste: Beautiful!! BSN True Mass tastes too good to be true. Mix it with 90% water and 10% milk for a milkshake type experience. Rating: 5/5

Mixability: Mixes easily in a Shaker so thumbs up there. Rating: 5/5

Ingredient Profile: What I really like is the ratio of Carbs to Protein used in BSN True Mass. Some mass gainers have up to 4:1 ratios of carbs to protein!! Also carbs are much cheaper in their raw for than quality protein so True Mass gets a big thumbs up here with its mix of quality protein sources. I work using a max 1-2lb weight gain per week approach to putting on Mass. Anything more than that is simply too much for your body to adjust to and you are probably looking at a lot of stored, excess fat. The macronutrient ratios used in BSN True Mass are sensible and well thought out so another thumbs up from me here. True Mass also doesnt contain Creatine which is my preference for Mass Gainer supplements. I prefer to take creatine seperately so I can control how much I am supplementing each day. Rating: 5/5

Price: The price is comparable with any of the other quality Mass Gainers and offers excellent value for money although we always want lower prices :-) Rating: 4/5

Overall: I highly recommend BSN True Mass. It tastes fantastic, mixes easily, uses well thought out, high quality ingredients, and is reasonably priced. Rating: 19/20 – Excellent
